In footballing terms you could describe the previous betting article as ‘hitting the crossbar’, and if it wasn't for that bloody referee (Kevin Wright) disallowing the James Hanson goal. I would be writing a flamboyant story on how I've been spending my winnings but instead you're left with a hard luck story, living off 29p Morrison's noodles and 10p space invaders, well not quite but it’s felt that way all week.
In my opinion, this week’s game will be city’s toughest test of the season coming up against the divisions surprise package in Burton. They are top of the league and the odds suggest it will be an easy victory for them. However, they have lost two of the last three games and with a small squad the wheels could start to fall off. So with that in mind, I'm going with Bradford draw no bet @ 13/8 my reasoning behind this, is I can see parky packing the midfield and trying to counter attack and it wouldn't surprise me if it was a low scoring game.
The last few games have seen city start a little slow, hopefully this won’t be the case against Burton as they lead the form table of wins from being in front at half time. I can see Parky making sure the first half is very compact and trying to restrict Burtons chances to the bare minimum. So if city are going to get the 3 points I can see it coming from a more open 2nd half. Bradford draw no bet 2 point win @ 13/8 Draw Half Time Bradford Full time 1 point win @ 6/1
