Bradford City Vs. Fleetwood - Betting Preview

It’s not ideal writing my first betting preview for Bradford city considering our current run of form, how ever there are some positives from a betting angle. The first one being after the loss to Barnsley, the odds on Bradford winning have drifted significantly from 4/5 to around 11/10.

But even with that mind I still wouldn't be backing Bradford for the win at 11/10 instead I think the value is in the win to nil market at around 9/4 and 5/2 in places. Fleetwood should be fresh after there mid week game being postponed against Walsall, however they sit in 21st place in the league and have the 2nd worst away form.

I do think the game will be a cagey affair with both teams trying not to lose rather than pushing for a win and adding to the fact were struggling to score the 0-0 price at 8/1 seems decent value, but the run of not scoring at home has got to come to an end soon so I'm going with city to win 1-0 at 11/2.

I’m not normally a huge fan of goal scorer markets especially if you keep backing big Jim to score anytime as you’ll soon do your cash just like me.
But based on the previous games i’ve watched prior to Hanson’s injury you could say he’s been a tad unlucky or he just cant hit a barn door I like to think its the first option. He’s had a lot of criticism of late about his lack of goals and the injury has probably come at a good time for him, enabling him to have a breather for a few games. I think Parky will start with him upfront and he’ll aim for similar tactics to the Barnsley match with a bombardment of crosses into the box, which we all know will play into Hanson’s strength.

2 point win Bradford to win to nil @ (9/4) (5/2)

0.5 point Bradford 1-0 @ (11/2)

1 point Hanson first goal score @ 11/2

0.5 Hanson to score two or more @ 10/1
